- So i've bought myself a boat. It's a Porta Bote and it is a folding boat, packs away a bit like a surf board and just unfolds, stick in some seats and it is sorted. Pop and engine on the back and you are away! In this episode, see how i got on with my first proper session, doing a bit of lure fishing for pike and perch.

I've still got my kayak too for now but i'll see how it goes. Obviously at the minute, the urge is always to get out on the boat rather than the kayak. So time will tell.

Nice video! I use the same boat. A word of warning though. If you up the engine size make sure you fit the middle seat as the hull and sides need to be supported when up on the plane. 😉

That's not bad, i'll settle for that. Was expecting Captain Pugwash or something but Sinbad is pretty cool i reckon.

Nice one mate great little boat the Porta Bote I have also a 12ft boat need a trailer but its not big and it fits in the garage, I use it all sommer here, if I can find your mail adress I will send you a link you can see it on youtube. regards barrie
