why are the MPs absent from the house? this is their duty. one or 2 MP can be absent due to certain circumstances. How this Quorum originated? why was it needed?
Where is it mentioned that special majority of parliament and consent of states i.e third method to amend the provision of constitution have need " UTs approval" ?
CAB with simple majority..for example formation of states bill..are just like ordinary bills..in such a case also Is president not allowed to use his veto powers???as these are just like ordinary bills
Sir agar lok sabha ne "rigid CAB" 2/3rd majority + absolute majority se pass kiya or half of the states se ractify krvaya to kya jb vo bill rajya sabha jaega to kya usko bhi same majority se pass krke ractify by the half states se krvana padega🤔🤔
🤔I am not an expert. But its most-probable that CAB goes to state legislatures after RS and LS. He too was referring to the parliament (LS+RS) in the video, no categorical mention of RS or LS.
Yeah it means , currently you have to keep a control over 16-17 states which can Be very Tough (28+3 = 31 ) Even In today's Date where Bjp has a fully dominance Yet it has Full majority In only 12 states , Coalition gov. In 6 states & 0 In union territories .
All the members in Parliament comes under legislative Where as the pm+u.co.m. comes under executive And d one who comes under the cabinet while executing also comes under executive

Sir, but Book and Constitution says :
Special majority itself = Absolute Majority (greater than 50% of total membership) + 2/3 Present and Voting.
That is Special Majority under A-368
@@anupamnath73 Yes.
What i have written is Special Majority under A368.
and What sir is teaching is also Special majority under A368, 11:16

why are the MPs absent from the house? this is their duty. one or 2 MP can be absent due to certain circumstances. How this Quorum originated? why was it needed?
Refer his previous videos
🙏
Where is it mentioned that special majority of parliament and consent of states i.e third method to amend the provision of constitution have need " UTs approval" ?
Sir told it ....but I didn't find it anywhere .
Can anyone say where the constitutional amendment bills are discussed in Laxmikanth?
Someone said Ch 10
Chapter 10
Vidio start 04:04
Sir,
Just one confusion !
After getting through this 100 hours, and making notes of it. Is it still necessary that we read Lakshmikanth book ?
Yes, we should go through it
Yes sir we need to atleast go through it by reading it with our notes made.
Thank you so much everyone !
Watch a topic and then go through that chapter in the paper book
CAB with simple majority..for example formation of states bill..are just like ordinary bills..in such a case also Is president not allowed to use his veto powers???as these are just like ordinary bills
Constitution dont have synonyms, they are not like ordinary bills they still be only CAB
Sir agar lok sabha ne "rigid CAB" 2/3rd majority + absolute majority se pass kiya or half of the states se ractify krvaya to kya jb vo bill rajya sabha jaega to kya usko bhi same majority se pass krke ractify by the half states se krvana padega🤔🤔

President k pass constitutional amendment bill ki condition m veto power hoti h kya
Sir I'm not getting one thing that why do you not consider 'Abstain' while discussing on majority?
❤😊👍
not all states need to ratify, only half of the state legislatures...
Yeah it means , currently you have to keep a control over 16-17 states which can Be very Tough (28+3 = 31 )
Even In today's Date where Bjp has a fully dominance Yet it has Full majority In only 12 states , Coalition gov. In 6 states & 0 In union territories .
Dear Sir ,
I have little doubt, that is except Ministers can bill are introduces by any MPs....?
In case of Constitutional Amendment bills, these can be introduced by members of the parliament, who aren't ministers. They are private members.
@@sudipguha856 not only in case of CAB in ordinary bills too both can introduce the bill
Constitutional ammendment bills are private bill or public bill or can be both ....and financial 2 bill can be private or public member bill???
Sir where this topic is given in laxmikant
Sir apne absolute majority galat bataya
If a bill is not passes by Rajya Sabha then , is the Rajya Sabha bound to pass it in a joint session???
In case of a deadlock the bill is dropped completely. No joint session is CAB.
Even layman finds it interesting
Anyone there
4 minute ad 😂😂😂
Sir I don't understand the proper meaning of legislative and executive ... Sir please provide me link of any video to make it clear.
Executive is president and legislative is related to parliament
Legislature make laws while executive implement laws
Watch the one titled "Parliamentary System".
All the members in Parliament comes under legislative
Where as the pm+u.co.m. comes under executive
And d one who comes under the cabinet while executing also comes under executive
Sir kannad me nahi explain karenge sir
Endu wendu gurudu pedu. Ye lo.
What if president do not approve?
No role of president in CAB
