✅ Use this saying to help remember the rounding rules = 5 or more, raise the score. 4 or less, let it rest.
✅ To recap, we cut a decimal off after the rounded place because zeros to the right of the decimal DO NOT change the value of a decimal. In other words, they are not needed. For example, 7.84 is equivalent to 7.8400000. We can drop the zeros without changing the value of the number.

I didn't really get this. How Do you know if your going to change the number? like how does 45 become 46? Or why do we remove the second 5? This is really difficult someone explain please.
Their the same number so the last number needs to round up with is 6 (0.456) now since 6 is bigger than 5 remove 5 then you have it(0.46) (that's how I understood it)

will it be 1.298889 to the nearest hundredth is determined by the number that is after 9, so 9>5 that means will the ans be 1.20?
