And this is what keeps me sane during a pandemic, staring out the window listening to birds and the quietness outside as I listen to this song.
This song implies to alice and kirito, that sometimes you fall in love with the wrong person at the wrong time and that's actually so tragic. What hurts the most is when they tell you "if only we met first in a different universe" even tho this "other world" isn't it either... This made me cry. Dear God please give happiness to Alice!

Damn ikr it’s just so weird and confusing and I can totally just feel this anime so much and they have a whole childhood together in the STL, but kirito is originally from the real world. Alice is still a human tho, and in the real world, he met asuna, but if kirito was born in that world as an artificial fluctlight, then it would be much different. I actually don’t think that Alice would feel the same way abt Kirito that she does now because of the sword skills and stuff.... but someone should make an “sao if” or something with content like “what if kirito was born as an artificial fluctlight” or “what if kirito revealed his level to the moonlit black cats” I just don’t want this anime to end...

You should try watching her live performances, she puts her soul in every one of them but some of them like this, Shirushi or Ichiban no Takaramono you can see how extra passionate she is with those songs. She even usually cries when performs some of them.

this def the best ending out of the whole series just because of the weight the season carries, that being kirito almost dying and being unable to save anyone for a couple episodes, and then the ocean turtle is being invaded, and the humans in the underworld bein invaded

I stop watching alicization after eugeo's death. I don't really into harem thing but somehow I still keeping up with SAO series but when Alice was added and was a potential partner for the MC which disgust me (it's no one's fault nor Kirito nor Alice) a lot (I feel super sorry for Asuna) I just can't bring myself to like Alice (maybe cuz I stopped middle way watching her arc but hey, I'll admit that she's actually a best girl). It also become one reason why I can't bring myself to hear this beautiful ending at first but once I get used to it (which consume weeks) Somehow I feel sad that I start to love this song. T_T
