Ana i cant have onions or garlic either its so bad get some buscopan to help with the bloating/cramps. Peppermint and chamomile tea is really good to help ease pain ❤

If you are intolerant to onion be mindful they put onion powder in a lot of sauces, gravy’s etc. Depends for me on the level of onion included but worth thinking about x
