Thank you. Neal Anderson is my all time favourite player and I don’t have this game. 🙏🏻

1990 is in my top 5 favorit seasons ever. To me it's the last of the real "Monsters Of The Midway" & the "46 Defense". '87 was the last year for the offense with Payton retiring and Gault being traded, but the defense stayed solid until '90. Then Hampton retired and it just wasn't the same. In 1990 we thought they had a chance. In 1991 I knew they had none. Both seasons the Bears were 11-5 & won the NFC Central Division Title, but it was just different in '91.

1988 was the last season for the Bears to make a serious run at the SB with the core of the 1980s. A rash on injuries got the better of them that year. IMHO, that closed the window that openedin 1984 of the Bears being serious contenders for the title.
1989 went off the rails after a 4-0 start. 1990 was a comeback year, but the team didn't have the talent any longer. 1991 had some exciting games (Jets on Monday night; comeback against the Saints), but they were in decline at that point and lost a terrible game against the Dolphins and then lost a Monday night game against the 49ners soundly (as usual).
I miss watching the Bears in the way I was able to appreciate them in the 1980s. The game is different today - some good and some not so good. But the constant is that the Bears haven't fielded a competitive team in the last 30 years (with minor exceptions here and there).
I am glad I was old enough to appreciate 1985 and there will never be another season like it. The city and the country stopped when the Bears were on - especially in the second half of the season and the playoffs. What a great time.

Btw. Thanks for posting these games! I literally look at my phone constantly to see if "Beau Bear" added anything new! Lol. Please keep these games from 1980-'90 comin'! Thanks so much! It's sooooooo cool seeing these games now as a 43 yr old and through adult eyes as opposed to a 5 yr old -15 yr olds eyes. I'd get all upset when Dan Hampton didnt ger in on a QB Sack, but now I see how he takes out 2-3 guys on purpose so that others are free'd up! How he'd "stunt" so Dent or McMichael could loop around him and get to the QB freely. Now I can compare Singletary to Urlacher without being ignorant. Now I can actually say who I think was better! Urlacher was. Singletary had 3 Pro-Bowlers and 2 Hall Of Famers playing in front of him his whole career! Urlacher didn't. Singletary hit harder though & was VERY smart.

I'm taking URLACHER. He was more athletic, better against the pass, and except JULIUS PEPPERS didnt have much in front of him. He had Briggs next to him, but singletary had Wilber and Otis. Wilber at times was better than #50 I hate to say

Man! They kicked a** in this game! Good win, cause the Rams beat the Bears in '84, the Rams lost to the Bears in 1985-1986 NFC Championship Game 24-0, but won in '86 & '88 against Bear teams far better than they were. This game brought things back to reality! Btw: In the Facebook group called "The Chicago Bears" and in others I refer your page here on TH-cam. Now...Lol. Im not sure if you know or not and use a different name, but I show them photos of your stuff. Hope it generates more fans buddy!

Can you find the Pro-Bowls from 1980-'81, 1982-'83 or 1984-'85 seasons? The 1985-'86 Pro-Bowl you posted already and that ones my favorit by far!

This offense looked amazing at times. We missed Willie gault he could stretch defenses and open up SO much for us. We should never of let him go.
