For those using Bluetooth audio, disabling AVTCP will stop Bluetooth audio from working correctly. So if you make that change and your speakers mess up, just renable it
This guy did his research, great video! I despise other youtubers who promotes a download link for pc optimization. This is straightforward and not sketchy.
For those who run vr, set max pre rendered frames to 3, i had done some testing a while back, and it improves framerate and frame stability without any noticable change in latency (at least for me)
This actually helped me. My pc was way slower than it should’ve been. Trimming the processes from 200+ to 140-150 has made my FPS stable instead of getting random drops
This helped me gain 40fps on a consistent basis. I have a 3070 and started noticing the performance dipping overtime when playing sea of thieves. This has my PC feeling like it did when I first got it. Thank you! ❤
sometimes resetting the graphics driver also works, in Minecraft after a while I was getting 1000 fps max with an rtx3070ti, I reset the graphics driver with win+control+shift+B and I started getting 2500-3000 fps max, as If my computer was new
Just a warning out there for those turning off the AVCTP Service. After I disabled it, Bluetooth connection to my Sony soundbar did not work anymore. After re enabling it, I could connect to my sound bar. I believe it has to do with something with audio over Bluetooth.
Had to circle back to this video and comment one I tested the settings out. In Warzone, I gained about a 20 to 40 frame increase, which is huge on 1440p. In Call Of Duty multiplayer, I’m about at a 100 frame increase or so. IF ANYONE is worried about messing their pc up you will be fine and these settings will absolutely help you!!!!!

Always wanted to check out settings like this but so many things aren’t clear cut in their outputs. Incredible video and keep this up man eventually through a job, business or the channel you will find success
Suggestion for the next video: 1. Show benchmarks for each setting you change. Makes it more trustworthy when seeing that something actually makes a difference. I doubt that it will improve the FPS by 40 or even more. 2. Explain more in depth what each setting does, mean etc. 3. XMP isnt the only option for RAM. There is also DOCP, AMP & EOCP, depending on which mainboard is being used. Would be nice to point that out so some people dont blame you cause they dont find it. Also, some people might not be able to run XMP etc. due to maxing out their IMC being maxed out from either MT/s or dimm allocation. 4. Nvidia Control Panel settings make no difference since most game dont use those settings. It can actually hurt the performance. There are plenty of test online, showcasing that. It is also not ideal to set the Power management mode to "Prefer maximum performance" since that will keep the GPU often under 3D clock speeds, not allowing it to idle properly. NCP should stay at default settings. 5. The minimum processor state in the power plan customization should be at default. Windows has a pretty good scheduler and it will use the CPU if needed. Running it at 100% non stop will not allow it to idle properly. That can have a negative impact on noise, temperature, VRMs and (not really noticeable) the CPUs lifespan. Setting it to 10 or 100% will not make a difference in performance. 6. Installing a stripped down Nvidia driver without any of its usual bloatware can improve the overall performance. GF Experience, NV app etc have plenty of processes/containers running in the background that arent needed. Props to you for using Chris tool. Its amazing! Been using it for 3 years now. Also good for pointing out the restore point at the beginning! Too many kiddos cant follow simple guides and then ruin their system... Looking forward to see your future uploads. I subbed!
