    Zricks Channel never tells about the negatives of a property. All we can hear is all projects which they cover are centrally located and are very spacious with a lot of greenery and open area. I guess these are just words to speak.
    Use your own discretion before even watching the video forget about buying the flat.
    I agree with the comments of @rahul kalra - 1620 flats in 4.95 acres are extremely densely populated.
    God bless people who buy a flat here and a message to Zricks teams either give a disclaimer that these videos are paid reviews or also highlight the concerns about a property - though I like the initiative of showing the properties via video.

    Consider a family living on 44 floor and coming down by lift and takes car from basement and then move out in traffic congestion...everyone on road wants to go first...some are office goers, some are coming for shopping in ma...some are college goers purchasing paan etc...some are standing and eating from chowmin van....all have parked their vehicles on road and blocked 65 percent of road space....it's a high blood pressure situation....n

      It has fast elevators and 4 lifts in each floor ... I own a flat in this project and earn a rent of 30k. Indirapuram is very congested now but saya gold is totally on the other side next to Shipra mall so it has separate entry and exist from indirapuram ...so in order to reach or leave this society I never had to roam from all congested places but simply the road for this building which is connected by nh24.

    I visit Shipra mall often and this looks like a bee-hive in a bad way, way too congested location for such huge project

      old looking design. looks like a tall 40 year old building. very high density, few lifts.

    Too much expensive, how can you offer tiles after charging in crore, look at the washroom too cheap . In my opinion it's 2 times overvalued

    PS: to the rest of the folks reading this comment .... after this project gets habited ..as a caution ... please always keep oxygen cylinder with you ..

    People of saya take u turns by going extreme corners of the road to go inside indirapuram local markets.....traffic congestion is at its peak and this greedy developer has made the life of locals miserable because of traffic congestion and by stealing sunlight of nearby people

    Sayahomes-SAYA GOLD AVENUE has a blatant disregard for timelines and customer satisfaction. Their promises of timely delivery are empty and misleading. Avoid this project if you don't want to be disappointed.

      I got procession 2.5 years back at 27th floor tower 7 and earning 30k rent of 2bhk in this project.
      You can take a panelty by filing as the project is under rera..

    third class construction.....2by2 20 rs square feet tile on florring.....bothroom fitting is just ordinary ... kitchen tile is 30 rs square feet,,,,, making fool only

    This building feels like ruthless assault on aesthetic sense of Indirapuram residents and Shipra Mall visitors. It has robbed them of a beautiful view of the past. It looks no less uglier and monstrous than the demolished twin towers.

    1600 flats and too less space to move. Pathetic project. This can't adjust 150 people in the park area. Imagine when 4000 people would start living in 1600 flat.
