Thanks Donald. That headset is exactly what I need to hone my new solo guitar singing bluegrass act, I’ll be busking with it. An actual microphone and mic stand busking in Philly? Nah! So I’ve been looking into the headset. You answered all my sonic queries regarding harmonies above the melody, looks like you have a little wiggle room to modulate the volume. Thanks, man!
When the drums started to play I remembered a beautiful Brazilian song by Tim Maia, "Gostava Tanto de Você". Incredible voice bro, perfect falsetto. Greetings from Brasil!
Hey Donald I was looking for a cordless head set mic. Was thinking about getting a countryman looking to compare, think I am going to try this one out. Btw Great song and Vocals.
Great voice and playing! Have you tried using this mic with a full band at a gig? I'm curious how the signal holds up, how much bleed there is and how controllable is the feedback.
@@cky.cekaye So very sorry. It's been a very busy couple of years, heading back to school while work and having a family. Anyhow... The mic holds up in about similar realm as a Shure Sm58
I use the Shure Beta 58a and they are awesome mics. The Fifine K37b is not far from that quality sound at a fraction of the cost. This is coming from a guy that owns over a dozen shure dynamic and condenser mics.
@@DonaldWaughmusic Thanks man. Appreciate your honest feedback. I heard great things about the: Shure WH20XLR Dynamic Headset Microphone - so thats also a contender? I will do some further research and compare them. Stay Safe .
I have seen you also use Shure. Have you tried to using the Shure headset mic to fifine transmitter if that could work? I am really interested in combining SM35 Shure to Fifine
From what I have learned from personal experience, you MUST select a mic with a directional pattern, if you get one that is omnidirectional, you will never have the gain high enough to be a good singing mic, if you do, you will get crazy feedback if you are within 10-15 feet of a monitor or speaker. But, if it is directional, you can sit right next to a speaker and be just fine.
@@DonaldWaughmusic Your voice was great and good use for this Microphone. at first... the brand and price... MAKES YOU THINK TWICE... but Your Video Really makes a huge positive for this Microphone
This was misleading. This video is suppose to show you if you can sing with a headset microphone. This didn't show that. It would of sounded the same with or without a microphone. He sang a long time and just ended the video when he was done singing.

Sounds good to me, I can't imagine how much tension those strings put on the instrument. Keep singing!

I'm looking for a great head-set Lead Vocal Mic . . . either: comparable, or better then the Shure Beta 58a???

Vibin, nice one brother.

wanna try this? connect your guitar to your microphone transmitter. and see if that device can make your bass wireless or not .
Great performance!
Just one question, was there any feedback and how bad was it? Can we use it for a loud live stage? Many thanks
Very good question. I use in ear monitors so that eliminates all feedback so I can have the output as loud as possible.
