Great review, the only suggestion I would make is towels are very water absorbent so a higher spin speed would probably be best to shorten the time in the dryer.
Can you tell me if the water covers the laundry? I have had this issue with Samsung where the water hardly covers the laundry. LG is not the case, it fills the drum to a good amount.
I went on Lowe’s website that washer was the only one I could find when is much settings on it as possible when it comes to features I’m excited to use my washer and my dryer
Hiii I had to do some research through the manual because I wasn't sure! So it seems like you have two options you can add it manually in the drum before the laundry or on the detergent dispenser you take off the tray in the middle and that's where the powdered detergent goes.
Great no problems at all! We've had it since early August 2023 and I love it. Saving up for the dryer I should have gotten them as a duo package, that was my mistake. Will be stacking mine too when I get the dryer.
Hi, your fabric softner auto dispense might be set on low. But if you want to turn it off, go to "Options" on your washer, move the dial to "Dose Per Rinse", and click "OK" until it shows "OFF" and it will say "Add Softner Manually" and you're set. If you ever want it to auto dispense again, you go to the same options as described and click OK it will show if you want Low, Medium or High fabric softener to dispense.
I’ve also turned off my softener auto dispense because I like to add it manually but since I’ve turned it off will it still dispense if I add it in the same compartment as the auto dispenser? I’ve been using the bleach compartment to use my fabric softener but I don’t know if that’s a good idea
@@gabyaldana3625I could not find anything in the manual about adding softner manually. Usually with regular washers, you add it to the wash during the rinse cycle so you would have to see if you can pause the machine during rinse and add it then. Don't add the softner to the bleach compartment it will harm your washer over time.
I have that same model, not even a year old, and have a warranty claim on it as of today. It basically had been knocking for months on various loads during speed cycles, and after spending a day of re-leveling, calibrating, self testing, and spin cycles with a single bed sheet- I just about had it, and let the foreign accented Samsung rep have it. I'm concerned over our safety when it's operating with its violent spin cycles and if it's not fixed..I'll be uploading TH-cam's first video of destroying this piece of garbage with a cinder block in it. Definitely can't recommend any Samsung appliances anymore.
Oh no I'm so sorry to hear that 😢 We had an older Samsung prior to this, it was recalled for the drum spinning way too fast, some people experienced the drum come off and break the glass door. I hope you can get the issues resolved. Try talking to customer service tell them you are concerned/scared of the drum flying off like it did before with the top loading washers that were recalled
Weird I've never had that happen as long as the bleach is used properly. I thought maybe there was a reason to not use bleach with this specific machine, as you implied.
No I'm 43 years old I'm well aware of what bleach is, it's used in laundry all the time. Generally your whites... Making a blanket statement of "do not put bleach" makes no sense when there's literally a bleach dispenser.

Good suggestion thank you I'll try that 😊

So happy for you! I love this washer 💕
I realized I didn't show the "Options" part of the wash settings, if you would like a quick look of that let me know ❤😊
Uk model don't have drum light due to high energy price
Oh wow didn't know that, interesting
@KrystalReviews in uk we have 11KG drum what is that in Cu?
@iiparachuteregiment8800 that's something google would have to answer I am absolutely terrible at math 😂
thank you. it was very helpful. !
You make me buy this looks great 🎉
I'm glad you liked it I hope you enjoy your new washer as much as I do ! 🤩❤️
Hiii, do you know if I could use powder detergent with this washer? I have the exact same one and still learning how to use the detergent compartment.

Just make sure your detergent auto dispense option is off.
How is it doing so far? I'm thinking of getting the stackable one

Can anyone tell me please who's the best or better LG or Samsung? Who's number 1#
Samsung
It doesn’t release enough fabric softener how can u do it manual?

You’re not using AI opti wash? That’s the whole reason why that machine is worth the money!
Yes I am, when the wash is done it tells me AI wash is done 😊
@KrystalReviews The Optiwash setting is used at the beginning of the cycle, not the end?

Did you remove the shipping bolts? There are 4 in the back of the washer
Had same issue with my Bespoke 9500. It does not feel safe. Got a replacement, still got the issue
What is model number? Thanks

Nice phone ❤
Do not put bleach
Why?
@juliezingelman739 why!? It will remove colours from your clothes
Weird I've never had that happen as long as the bleach is used properly. I thought maybe there was a reason to not use bleach with this specific machine, as you implied.
@juliezingelman739 you probably call bleach we call detergent ??
