The reaction of Haaland's teammates was awesome! Clearly showing they have quickly bonded as a team. Grealish is playing like a man possessed thus far! Looks to be free of the nerves that shackled him last season. Observing these players in training this summer. Has given me a strong feeling they have the right chemistry to achieve unprecedented levels of success at Man City. Along with what Erling brings on the pitch. I think he will emerge as a leader. people dont talk about it enough but Jack Grealish has really come into his own on this team. He may not score a lot of goals but he contributes a lot of assists and chances created. You can really see that Pep likes what he is doing by his playing time. I think jack will be a huge part of this City offense this season, he seems to have a great connection with Erling already on and off the feild

I love football because Manchester City makes me to fall in love with this beautiful game. Super excited to see top players in action & I cnt just forget EPL Championship (2021-2022)match, which was incredible & historic. Haaland, we love you, we want to see you scoring & winning for us.
I was worried going into the season NXT week itself and it's only our second pre season while other teams are on their 4th and 5th but we moved the ball very well. The team is gelling really well. Happy to see haaland on the scoresheet, the first of many more💙
Haaland was recently asked by a reporter, what is the toughest team you've ever faced? and replied "Bayern Munich because all the times I have faced them I have never been able to beat them".
So I can imagine how special this win was for him, he made his debut, managed to beat them at last and scored the winning goal 💙 hopefully the first goal of many!
By the way, the Grealish-KDB-Haaland connection has been very good and our De Bruyne is on fire this season.

You notice him because he always slows down the play and ends up doing nothing. Grealish is 26 years of age and had a worse 1st season than Ferran, Sane, Gabriel Jesus who were all 20 when they joined and got 16, 18 and 12 G/A respectively compared to Jack who got 10. It’s embarrassing

There may be a couple of sides that can potentially stop this city side in Europe, but there is none in England. Liverpool is going to give City a race, but I cannot see the PL title going to any other team than city. This squad is just amazing. I don't think England has ever had a football side that can compete with this one.

Anyone who has played football and understands it knows that it takes time to adjust to a new team , tactics etc takes endless repetition and drills until it’s ingrained into your DNA especially under pep . Haters had no idea but guadiola and grelish certainly understood from the day he arrived that he needs time to learn the guadiola way . He’s had time under his belt and now guadiola will sent him out there to tear teams down .

You don’t have an idea what a gem you have in the city with Julian, the teammates just need to include him and put confident on Julian just like they do with Haaland. They really make different with him and I think that makes more insecure to Julian. He can run, pressure and do goals out of the box, and what I saw in this first match of Haaland he is not that kind of character like Julian.
