Very cool! Thanks for sharing. I’ve learned a lot from this series and have some new varieties to try. I’m growing a landrace mix of sweet peppers so I never know what I’m going to get (except the heirloom varieties I add year to year). I’d like to make manual crosses one day.

You should pickle those in a sweet brine almost like candied peppers
