The scorpion at the beginning had my combo all he doesn't have is the move where he goes on fire as a skeleton and grabs them
I don`t really get the idea of the "random" word before fatal blow... i mean it served its purpose, won the round...seems like a best possibly calculated fatal blow :P
Don't get me started!! That's my biggest gripe with Super. If someone doesn't hit confirm a fatal, he calls it random. If it's roughly 30% of health or under, then it's not "random", it's playing your outs.

He means it wasn’t used in a combo . When it’s not used in a combo it’s basically an easy win button , which is cheap and random

The opponent pressed it when he thought it would hit; that's most definitely not the definition of "random", but rather "calculated". But what do you mean by cheap? It's literally *THE* most expensive move in the game; you get one, ONE for the whole two rounds...ONE. That's not cheap.
Sub-Zero's axe overhead is cheap because it's fast and can be done over and over to reset combos. Scorpion's Death Spin is cheap because its chip potential can GUARANTEE round wins in the correct situations especially while Burning Spear is active. All of Geras is cheap, simply because...fuck that guy. But Fatal Blows are definitely NOT cheap. And besides, using it in a combo simply scales down its damage, nothing else. So what about it being in a combo makes it okay? I'm genuinely curious...

Look, It's not a "Random fatal blow" when they counter a poke with the fatal blow armor. It's a counter fatal blow. Fatal blow on wake up is a wake up fatal blow. Fatal blow after an non hit confirmed string is a "random" fatal blow. Relax Super.

Super.... you do realise that the point of fatal blow is that the opponent who has the low healtbar can get a chance to do more damage to the opponent. So I don't understand why you keep whining when someone does a fatal blow. I do understand your complaint of constant down 2 tho
Fatal blows are kinda cheap in a footsie based game I don't think it would be such a problem if it didn't have armour.

That Scorpion player's combo routes were awful, getting 200 damage for 2 bars
I dunno whats wrong with some scorpion players. They keep doing garbage combos and keep jumping all the time smh.
Scorpion is super easy to play, especially Searing Rage so they don't actually practice combos they just find what works and just go online

I still don‘t understand why a timed fatal blow... or fatal blow used as a counter attack is a „random“ one. Maybe Netherrealm should just implement an option to shut them off, if you‘re so annoyed about it.

Same happens to me on PC sometimes, that game ate my moves and dont finish my combo, really sucks, many times i lose match cuz of that

Is shao Khan still bad? I stooped playing after a while.
He got a couple of buffs a couple of patches ago so I wouldn't say he's bad anymore
He's still bad at a competitive level but for online he's much better, he can special cancel his F34 and now his F34 THROW string is actually a grab instead of a regular attack, which gives him a 50/50
