Just discovered why it's a bad idea to read the comments posted on TH-cam videos. This is a good presentation showing what the I Quit sugar website is about, if people doubt the validity of the low carb lifestyle I would suggest reading the science behind it rather than ranting about how we should all eat vegan and stating incorrect science on how the body works.

I dig her whole "people should cook again, processed foods are bad" angle, but I don't see what that has to do with quitting sugar? Of course sugar in a chocolate bar is bad, but there are lots of natural sources of sugar - namely fruit - that are fantastic for you. If she doesn't mean to put people off fruit she should specify that (and rename her program "I quit processed foods"), if she intends to put people off fruit she needs to stop writing books.

Sechari Fruit isn't fantastic for you. There are no nutrients in fruit that can't be found in leafy green veg.
