- 25 जनवरी 2022 यह जो तारीख है। यह भारत में टेस्ट ट्यूब बेबी और इनफर्टिलिटी के इतिहास में एक बहुत ही इंपॉर्टेंट तारीख है।
इस दिन सरोगसी बिल गवर्मेंट के द्वारा लागू कर दिया गया है।
क्या है यह बिल किस तरह से संतान हीन दंपतियों के इलाज पर इसका असर पड़ेगा।
इस बिल के बारे में आप लोगों को क्या जानना आवश्यक है
और इस बिल के बाद आईवीएफ क्लिनिक उनके क्या रिस्पांसिबिलिटीज रहेंगी।

जरूरत थी एक ऐसे कानून की जो इसको रेगुलेट कर सके, जिसमें यह क्लियर ब्लैक एंड वाइट में लिखा हो। हम क्या कर सकते हैं और क्या नहीं कर सकते
इसी कमी को देखते हुए सरकार ने यह बिल 25 जनवरी को पास किया है
