ESPECIALLY them making this the same color scheme of TYBW and leaving room for Soi Fons abilities, and maybe even hinting at another bankai with Renji since he loses his bankai.

When Yoruichi explains to her the reason that the punishment squad uniform is backless, Soi Fon is visibly surprised as she had no idea shunko when used correctly would destroy clothing
To be honest, if the story is supposed to cover the Arrancar arc, all the lieutenants had major battles that you can’t really skip. Anything less would have been disappointing.
I think that if momo or hisagi confirm, we can be sure that we will have about 53 characters, all captains, vaizards and spadas, because imagine a game where we have lieutenants who DON'T have any really relevant fight and we don't have a spada who fights against captains or a captain who fights against the protagonists? It's impossible, with Kira I already feel like we will have at least 50 playable characters
ironically they gave me exactly what i wanted with soifon, i prefer her captain coat look much more than her coatless version, although, of course, if she has that as a second look awesome, but i'm really glad they went this way where you can choose the look for the whole fight instead of changing it midfight

I love that kido moves are integral to a lot of the rosters’ movesets. It’s one thing I was hoping for and I think it would have felt like something big was missing if all they had were sword abilities.
