Remember each day can be a new beginning for you. ❤ I have been there myself many times. Spring is here, and you can get outdoors for more sunlight. Even if you sit in the sun in a chair at least 30 minutes a day. It helps tremendously. I go out wrapped in a blanket and just sit and watch my dogs run around outside. ❤
