The part about reframing obstacles really got me. I've been facing a lot of challenges at work, and it's been draining. Hearing this made me realize that each obstacle could actually be a way to build my skills and grow stronger. I’ll try to approach things differently tomorrow.
I really love the idea of detachment. It's something I’ve been working on lately. Knowing that I can’t control everything around me, but I can control my reactions...that’s powerful.
