Pentagon Iftar

Abdul Aziz Khan, Urdu VOA News, Washington.
On August 17th Pentagon hosted an Iftar for Muslim American soldiers. For Muslims in the US military it was an opportunity to meet other Muslim soldiers and for non-Muslims it was an opportunity to learn about Ramadhan while enjoying traditional iftari foods. The package features interviews with two Muslim soldiers, Major. Jalal Malik a Pakistani American and Gunnery Sergeant Kennetta Williams. We also spoke to Al Shiba Khan , the mother of a fallen American soldier Corporal Karim Rashad Sultan Khan who joined the military after September 11 against the wishes of his mother. He was KIA in Iraq on Aug 6, 2007.

Shahedeen Qureshi come why use the word Masha Allah in this context.So these soldiers fight in Muslim lands where innocent people are bombed and killed in battle. Sorry like Muhammad Ali said aint no Vietnamese call him the N word so why go into battle. All these wars are fought over Oil, gas and land not in the name of Islam. I pay my taxes. I live by the law. I will defend my country from invaders. But I will not go fight a war in foreign land for the regiems that fight for oil.
