Fuck, I did not think I could like these guys any more than I do, but their lyrics are fucking legendary. Even if I was unfamiliar with the Halo lore, these lyrics are sicker than chemo patients.

I love all of the Halo references and the fact that the name of their band is the same as my favorite covenant cruiser: The Shadow of Intent, which is the cruiser of all of the friendly covie forces in Halo 3 are on.

@@ImponteDeluxo I mean yea tge solo are good but this isn't the same thing and I won't compare those 2 song cause they are way too different. We are talking about a 1972 kickass rock solo and a 2017 metalband solo inspired by a game for me it's like making a comparison with an apple and a shovel.

People can be ignorant to awesome song writing. It is a shame but is also good in a way. Either way this song is excellent
Because singing is what they’ve been exposed to all their life, so screaming is unusual to them. As a result, they don’t see any musical element in it and just consider it “noise”.

4:09 and 6:27 till the end are easily some of the most amazing moments in this song. You can understand truly just how powerful they are together as a band, it’s insane
After about my trillionth listen to of this album, this is low-key my favorite song. The shear raw, powerful, and captivating emotion they emit at 4:09 draws me in every time. Thanks for posting this!
