You can't change phone refresh rate also 90fps doesn't really exist it between of 60-120 if your phone was at 120 refresh rate you can down it to 60 but you can't at 90

this is the maximum refresh rate your screen can support
if you set it to 90 and your screen can support 120 you will never go above 90
user_refresh_rate
same thing as peak_refresh_rate

this is the screen resolution of your device
DO NOT MESS WITH THIS as it may produce blurry and artifacts
there is very little performance benefits to it and is not worth it!

for fps bro need an ADB app to activate if you have 2choices in your phone ex. 90/120 fps u can set it to 90 and higher but cant exceed higher than 120

Gini loh, hz itu ukuran refresh rate. Kalo layarnya 60hz bakal ttp 60hz apapun kondisinya. Beda ama frame rate yg bisa naik turun. Tpi ttp layar 60HZ
Mungkin pertanyaan elu yg salah, mungkin maksudnya 60fps ke 90fps. Jawabannya ya gak semua hp bisa, normalnya hp yg punya refresh rate diatas 90hz default frameratenya ttp 60fps, tapi masih bisa diangkat ke performa maksimal sesuai refresh ratenya, contoh 120hz ke 120fps
