OMSI 2 The Bus Simulator - Citybus Ikarus 280 Series Gameplay 4K video.
Back in the mid-80s! With this add-on, the player can take control of a completely new Hungarian bus, adapted to work in Germany, allowing him to take a ride through the streets of Berlin and other cities and towns of Eastern Germany. The bus has a length of 16.5 metres, with its engine located under the floor. A thruster rear axle makes it comfortable to move around the narrow streets of the big cities.
During the 90s many buses were re-exported into many ex-Soviet countries. The add-on includes versions made for many cities of some CIS countries (Russia, Belarus).
The Ikarus 280.02 is presented in versions from 1984 to 1987. They all differ in both appearance and interior. The bus has a 6-speed manual gearbox and a six-cylinder diesel engine D2156HM6U, which allows it to reach a top speed of 60 km/h. It is adapted to work in Germany, so the road train signs and head parking lights are missing. Also, it differs in the almost complete absence of window leafs in the passenger cabin (2 per section).

Die Stadtbus Variante erkennt man daran, dass sie als Gelenkbus 4 Türen und als normaler Bus 3 Türen hat, es gab dann noch eine Variante für Überlandstrecke, wo sich beim Gelenkbus lediglich eine Tür vorne und eine Tür am Anfang des Trailers befanden und beim normalen Bus auch nur eine Tür vorne und eine Tür hinten waren, dazu dann noch eine Reisebus Variante, die zu Zeiten der deutschen Teilung benutzt wurde, um Westberliner Flugpassagiere, die einen Flug ab Schönefeld gebucht haben, von Westberlin nach eben diesen Flughafen zu bringen.
Mein persönlicher Lieblingsbus ist eigentlich der mit dem Heckmotor, bei dem die hintere Falttür lediglich aus drei Elementen bestand.

Die Vorgängermodelle hatten noch eine abgetrennte Fahrerkabine, aber da hatte man sich auch an westliche Standards angepasst, wo in den 1970er Jahren der Busfahrer nicht vom Fahrgastraum abgeschottet war, dafür war dann im vorderen Bereich die Innenraumbeleuchtung geringer, um den Busfahrer bei Nachtfahrten nicht zu stören

Hello! May I ask but is the Ikraus 280 Really isn't an Automatic? I have never Driven an Manual in my Life in Omsi 2 so I am just asking :D

Yes, this bus is only manual.
To switch gears, you need to press numbers on your keyboard (but not on numerical keyboard).
And little tip: when you are about to stop, always set gear to 1, otherwise motor will stop.
