Love never dies, because it is God's Creation..The Saints yearned to love God and they radiated this love.
God sent His Son, so that we may have life.
Love is a two sided relationship- We need to give love ❤️ not just accept Love
.I will always. make it a point to read the Scriptural Readings before listening to your Reflections.
Rev. Fr.Warner, may the Precious Blood flowing from the Sacred Wounds of Jesus cover you and protect you 🙏

Love never dies because it's God's best creation ❤. God revealed the core of his love so that we may have LIFE.... Love is not an ATM card for constant withdrawal...it needs to be deposited first.
God appears to us in the ordinary..we need to stop focusing only on the miracles. Let's look around, empathize and move towards action. Faith is suffering today 😢 and it's true that the laity doesn't want to be taught... traditions and para liturgical services have gained importance.
The extra passion in your teaching today, the experiences you have had as administrator and the care and concern in your voice and facial expressions made these oft heard readings so much more meaningful

The run up to the miracle has more to feed us than the multiplication of the loaves---nicely explained, insightful 👌👌
Laity don't want to be taught--very true
We feel happy attending para liturgical services- feel good factor for the laity. You're absolutely right Fr but not many of the clergy/laity would agree about it.
    Today's preaching 👍👍👍👍

Dear Fr Warner the miracle of Jesus feeding 5000 people has relevance for our lives even today. We can learn from Jesus' abundant compassion that we too can be a bridge of love to help others in difficult situations. It is a powerful reminder of the importance of sharing & caring for one another. Our shepherds today are so overburdened with work that it's difficult for them. But you are there Fr. to teach us & we are so grateful for this. Love is hard work but Jesus teaches us what love is all about! God bless & protect you always. 🙏 💞

To be in a position to deposit love, one has to possess( contain) love ,just as in the case of money.to give love,we ought to be loved by our parents, carers, those deprived of love turn out to be loveless, deficit of love, one's love tank has to be full and overflowing to be able to give love to another. On this day ,I remember my eathly father who was an epitome of love ,I got him for barely 20 years but his boundless love has been so strong that no one nor nothing can challenge us,imagine the love of our Heavenly Father! When my mother yesterday said that our Dad cared for us ,yes he was the one who cleaned our vomitus or ran behind us when we had bad tummies,I could do the same when we raised our seven children, God Bless his soul.

You said it Fr. Warner you said it right. Faith in the Lord only comes by Action and Action only comes by having true Love of God in our hearts. Once we understand this then the Fear just vanishes away from our mind and only believing makes the Spirit of God move within us to work the Gifts of the Spirit that has been bestowed upon us. That is what Jesus meant to say when He said that with just a tiny amount of faith in Our Lord we can move a mountain. How true is this if we only live in the present without thinking of what next. Amen. Thank yoy Fr. Warner for your word to us to reflect on these readings.

Thank you Fr. for your reflection.
At any functions, whether it is holy communion party, wedding reception, unit problem, for organizers, family members, core team etc, things does not go as planned and get tired and difficult to enjoy event. Same thing may be happening for disciples of Jesus as He was teaching, ministering and healing. See the crowd, aver 5000 men besides family members.
Jesus took disciples away via boat but the crowd followed him.
Jesus has compassion and provides for peoples need besides giving them an encounter with God.

    Hi Fr
What did I takeaway from this miracle of 5000 ? Jesus was super generous, full of compassion , kindness and awareness. I recall that same awareness, kindness and empathy of Mary our Blessed Mother who was so confident that her Son could do the impossible. He did it again the miracle of wine during the marriage feast at Cana. His generosity and obedience to her request and he put that extra taste into that transformed wine. I must imitate Jesus ..his generosity, kindness and compassion for the poor and needy.
By the way, those 12 baskets of consecrated leftovers. What did the disciples do with it ? Just a thought !
