I actually was on Natalia side for quite a while until she never never never stops, complaining and bringing people into her camp!! She can’t let a dead dog lie. She’s just drama. And I can’t stand Miss Kyle, drama in the dictionary is a picture of Kyle. He is the definition of a freaking bully. I hope he gets fired, and Tumi is a lousy chief stew.
Natalia has her demons but let be real hear Kyle caused trouble before he even got on the boat and tumi was stupid for allowing his gossiping to sway her when you’re in management that’s not not what you do so so unprofessional on so many levels
@@jacquelineallison3878 I love how he keeps trying to justify his behavior instead of just accepting or seeing he is an awful human being. Every time he speaks to the camera it's all excuses. I hope he gets fired but I don't think we'll be that lucky.

If you have IG I hope you tell that to Sandy. I completely agree with you. The reason this crew is falling apart and so toxic is because of weak leadership and bad decisions. There would have been problems but they heated up to this terrible place because she did nothing. Nat was right to call her a bad leader. She could have had the hardest worker stay if she had just given that respect and appreciation for her work but Tumi chose to be petty.

She is a good person IRL I'm sure BUT she is a terrible and weak leader. She had a chip on her shoulder from the beginning, you are right. It's also not fair for her to make others pay for her past offenses. She said Nat was right but she didn't like her tone. She said so many people have talked down to her, so it was triggering. Well, so what? That's your stew, so just talk to her decently and ask for the same. Get over it and do your job as CS. I would be happy if Tumi never came back. Her bad leadership has caused so many problems. This season has been very sad and hard to watch. Poor Max. I don't blame him for wanting to go too. What a toxic mess.
It has been depressing as hell to watch. I feel sick in my stomach and am so stressed watching this train wreck. For example seeing someone like poor Max, who is so kind and childlike, first get bullied by Lara and Hayleigh and then have to put up with Kyle's bs, it's just terrible watch how immature people behave. All these problems could have been squashed and fixed if there were better people on board.
