Thank you so much Steve. This has been happening naturally and I didn't expect it to feel so vulnerable and was very feeling conflicted, wondering if I'd missed a step. (I think I was hoping to deepen awareness without having to feel vulnerable!) To hear you describe this so clearly and confirm how counter-intuitive it feels is a huge relief. It's taking some practice to have good discernment of the truth without referring to egoic boundaries. Did you find there's a need for a bit of deliberate back and forth between identification and disidentification until that discernment integrates?
Very interesting/compelling/rings true. Thanks Steve.

My latest video was an answer to your good question. Thank you for your comment.
