What piping pipe do you use? I'd appreciate it if you could tell me the brand name.

All of the piping tips used are mentioned in the description box. As for the piping bags, you can use any. There is no particular brand I use, I order disposable piping bags from Amazon. I make the small piping bags at home using clear cellophane
