- update I have used this mower for over 3 hours since repairing and making this video and there are still no cracks or leaks!

This Troy Bilt Super Bronco lawn tractor is really clean and I've had it a little while. The main issue was that it had a cracked block on the Kohler Courage engine. After attempting to fix one in a Cub Cadet LTX1040, I decided to give it another go on this mower. See the results in this video!

It turned out great Casey . Good job. I have never attempted to repair a cracked block .
They AllWAYS start back leaking again, it’s a shame they didn’t build a better design 😢😢😢
Did kohler ever recall that engine, or admit there was a problem with cracking.
I think they did replace some under warranty, but if it lasted longer than the warranty period without cracking I don't think they did anything.

My Yardmachines 46in 21hp has the same body setup as that Troy bilt
How much A.T.F fluid do you put in the lawn mower tires when you see that they no longer they keep going flat I have a set of 20 by 8 inch rear tires and rims plus how much does the front tires take
Robert I put about 10-12oz unless they're really bad and then I may put 16-20oz.

I need everything off top of engine because of a fire but block not cracked and only had 27 hours on it😢😢
Drive belt on the wrong side of pulley. Idler, needs flat side of belt :)
Turns out the belts were worn out and still needed replacing, just put new drive belts on it yesterday and it's doing great.
Was the idler a v pulley ? It looked to be a flat :)@@EllisMowersandmore
