    Bequia rocks ! Cruised it decades ago. Hurricane season rolls on; more on the horizon. Fair winds.

    I really enjoy your Vlogs. Because of the diversity of your crew, you add a dimension seen on no other Sailing Channel. Thank you for that, and for the respect, you show for various cultures and traditions, people and experiences. Really enjoyed the videos in Mongolia too.

    Another great installment of Luckyfish! YOu paint such a beautiful picture of Bequia. It has always been on my radar as a destination but now even more so. So many islands so little time!

      Hey Tony, Thanks - this one took some time to edit.. not enough Luckyfish in it as we were too busy sailing on other people's boats . Thanks to great people who welcomed us in Bequia, but we are always smiling when we get back on board our baby! Cheers Stew and Zaya

    You document on your videos quite well, very professional and right to the point on information. Fantastic mix keeps the interest up. Best ones on sailing at this time. And keep those about Mongolia coming ever so often too. It does appear yáll are more aware of the cultural items in a real expression of respect perhaps because of the wide cultural differences in you and "crew." great job.

    Great pics and showing of your adventures. Since Irma my dinghy has vanished with my boat. I was wondering if your dinghy , cat type with open bow is very practical in rough seas. Any info would be appreciated.

    • @SailingLuckyfish
      @SailingLuckyfish  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Edward, I think the key thing about the Takacat dinghy in rough seas is to take it steady and work around the peaks if you are going into it. Or stick a 15HP on it and fly over them ;-). Cross seas and running with them is no problem. Really sorry to hear about the loss of your boats during Irma and hope you get back on the water soon, Stew

    I've eaten whale in Bequia, I've eaten whale in Tuktoyuktuk. Whale is better eaten cold, and lobster is better is the only thing I learned, lol.
    You guys are awesome.
