Just a tip for the espresso machine!! I worked as a barista, and a rule of thumb to not spoil a espresso shot was to having it mixed with a bit of milk within 10 seconds of pouring it. Def look into the “ten second espresso” rule!! Not sure if it makes a huge difference but it’s a rule of thumb for me now and my breville lol

I got off of birth control probably 8 months ago, after being on it for almost 5 years. I noticed a huge difference in my skin I would say the exact same thing about my mood swings and my libido! Crazy how much it can effect your body and you don’t realize it’s not normal until you stop.
I love how Claudia shows a healthy relationship with food. She shows her healthy eating and working out but she also shows herself enjoying food that she craves and drinking a coke. It’s such a “small” thing but most eat something and then complain how they shouldn’t have eaten it or that they won’t eat for the rest of the day. We all struggle but her videos make me feel better.

You should do some research about the Daysy, it is a hormonal tracker that tells you when you are fertile/infertile so you can plan accordingly! I also did not want to be on a medication for birth control and I’ve been using it for a year and I LOVE IT.

I love your videos and your TikToks and i love when you post but honestly you don’t have to apologize for not being as consistent on here because at the end of the day you should be doing whatever feels right and makes you happy.
I live in a 6 bedroom home with a basement and 2 acres of woods+farming land. Its honestly a LOT of work to clean and maintain. i Love it and am grateful every single day but the pool and gardens alone need a lot of work so we hire pro's. And claudia's whole house is white and cream and i think she will find out the hard way that only hotels can maintain that color scheme unless you clean 2 hours a day. Lol or hire professional cleaners each week but they will charge a bomb for houses over 4k sq feet. I changed my house to more warm and green garden theme and just kept the living and dining area whites plus neutrals. Much easier to maintain and clean brown's than whites.
