Industrial Resources Automated Pallet Infeed and Tipper

A dual-zone drop, backstop allows fork lift drivers to straighten stacks as they deliver them to the conveyor line. This reduces snags down line as they enter the system. A five-zone infeed indexes stacks towards the operator automatically. The fifth and last zone pushes each stack into the emptied tipper. The operator sorts through the stack. When finished, he initiates the automatic re-loading sequence using the operator panel.
