Not sure, alot of routes have ridership that would warrant using these. But its probably similar to SEPTA's reasoning with the Eldoradoes, a bus is a bus, and they'd rather run a 40 footer close to empty than have a 30 footer get totally packed.
@@neoplandude2932 It's too soon to retire the 3000's and Metro wants to get the full money's worth of them that they paid Orion back in 2006-2007. These Orion VIIs won't be around too much longer anyway.
