Though, you did actually MISS the pacifist ending! If you kept using the "Sympathize" and "Demoralize" ACTs on Alphys during phase 2 of her fight, it progressed the story!

I really like Underfell because of the concept it represents: Flowey’s philosophy back then was “kill or be killed”. But him being a total jackass coupled with the fact that next to nobody in Undertale is outright trying to kill you, and be persuaded from fighting as a result, it very deliberately falls flat. But what if that phrase actually had weight? What if the all the good-hearted and quirky monsters actually were out for your blood? It’s a helluva lot harder to be a goody-two-shoes pacifist when everyone is a blackhearted demon who won’t think twice about slaughtering everyone in your way, and in my opinion: That makes being a pacifist hit all the harder because you refuse to let your morals be corrupted by the cruelty all around you, and that you refuse to give up on the innate goodness of everybody.
I believe Flowey saying kill or be killed is probably just a way to justify his genocides, it does hold some ground in Undertale as most monsters attack you for existing and would kill you, and some monsters need special treatment in order to be spared ( alot of first time players kill Toriel thinking there's no other way ) but in underfell this concept is just extended and the idea of a pacifist choosing genocide nit because they can but because they feel like they have to is a neat concept
the fact that the margarita effect gives unique dialogue, an audience reaction AND angles your bullet aim is both absolutely hilarious and super well detailed

He doesn't really have much power over the people there as they could kill him very easily and the moment he say the player he realizes he could have a companion that could help him so he doesn't die as well and he is kind to them to possibly try to keep them from being like the other people
Something I noticed during Alphys's battle : She uses a certain design of rockets, uses electric barriers to block you, there is a machine gun, and the piston attack's sound effect reminds me of a little mobile game that uses a machine gun as a main gameplay mechanic (though in this mobile game, it's used by the main character). I guess you can say that, during "One Hell of a Show", we've had a Joyride.
I was waiting for this game since the day it was announced, and I immediately played it when it was released. Logan is definitely one of the greatest Undertale fight creators, and I can't wait to see what other amazing games he makes!
Just wanna say this is one of my FAVORITE Undergell fan games I’ve ever seen. LOVE the interpretations of the characters; aggressive and violent, as they should be ! And Flowey still being passive and being able to actually help you out through your battles with the machine gun and extra attacks and options is such fun !! 8 also enjoyed his dialogue and sprites in battle mode, and is SUCH an amazing detail !!! I also ADORE the fighting mechanics. They’re so unique and creative and definitely breaks monotony of some attacks, and seem doable !! Creative enough , but not too difficult. Overall, I love the quality of this game and so happy the developed made this lovely little game for the community
18:20 Amazing the way Merg completely mastered the drunk swaying mechanic and even took advantaje of it, but only BEFORE noticing it, then proceded to fumble the turn inmediately after noticing.
It's cool to see that these guys stayed pretty close to Fella's designs, they're all pretty similar except for Frisk and Flowey, but those two are also still good designs.
This fangame is on-par with Deltarune in terms of quality and care. Incredible. I've been so eager to see you play this, Merg! NOTE: You do have to talk Alphys down in the second phase to spare her. Also, it looks like you didn't have to do the entire fight again when you died. The "restart" option mentioned a checkpoint.
15:27 this attack seems like it's referencing Skeleton Prime from Terraria quite heavily. You have a cannon that fires bombs, a laser turret, and a vice in almost the same positions they would be in on Skeleton Prime. The only difference is that instead of a saw, he has a harpoon gun, and it's position with the Vice would have been mirrored. Thought that was a really cool touch seeing as how they're both robots with four weaponized arms And I spoke too soon! Alphys has a Saw as one of her turrets in place of the Vice, which means that all four of Skeletron Prime's weapons are present. Cool!
I absolutely love how the fandom improved their past mistakes in mischaracterizing character just for the sake of edginess. This is such an accurate representation of what Underfell should've been
I love that Merg just went screw it and went for the kill only to realize he had activated Underfell Alphys' trap card lol! Merg I highly recommend you do another vid for the other endings, especially sparing Alphys. Once you know what to do getting rid of the H.E.D weapons doesn't take very long and Alphys has a lot of really interesting dialogue! (Also Underfell Alphys is just extremely based in my opinion)
I think its really cool that we get another underfell fangame that doesnt center around sans and flowey moving onto the options that you switch to in the gui is awesome lol, its a tiny addition but does so much in my opinion

It's a shame that if this fight's making it into a full Underfell game (that is if it will ever be made) the engine will have to be changed. Also, the environment in this fangame is somehow a bit desolate for the most part compared to Undertale.
Underfell is definitely my favourite AU. It's interesting to see the Underfell versions of the characters. I really loved the fangame of Alphys and Mettaton's fight, it's an innovative makeover and makes you wish there was a complete Underfell fangame with its own conception instead of being a monotonous fangame with a similar story to the undertale.

It mentionned a save point, not a checkpoint. So he would have restarted at the save point after Mettaton but before Alphys.

is it just me, or the music for this fangame (specially the alphys battle) is giving big earthbound vibes? it wouldn't be too surprising considering it's an undertale fangame but i like it a lot
i have so much to say about this fangame. i think the dash mechanic is outstandingly well balanced and well utilised. the music is great as i said. the graphics, this is gonna sound weird, but, the art looks very fangameish? in the best way possible?? like the fangame looks like a fangame??? and somewhat reminds me a lot of flash games????? i can't describe it in any other way but there's something about the way it looks, like, it rocks the retro art style and i don't just mean the pixel art. something about the way the animations look. i really don't know how else to describe it but i like it a lot. also i love how the split paths work. that's so well thought too. i really loved this game!
