Props to Snoop for giving it up for Master P. Lot of folks don't give P enough credit for shaking the rap industry game up on the business side. He deserves a lot more recognition and acknowledgement for how he orchestrated and structured his distribution deal and basically had the labels working for him versus him slaving for their larger profit margins over the artist. That's why you had a No Limit CD popping damn near every month like an assembly line. He flooded the market and got him and people super rich, super quick...and they still good. You never really hear any No Limit soldiers crying the blues about their finances.

Snoop speaking real words in this video. That's experience and wisdom talking right there! I swear if you told these new rappers the same things he's saying in this video, they'd be clueless. The part when he emphasizing being yourself and then says everyone sounds the same is so true! That's sad, cause Rap and music in general is about creativity, expression, originality, style...things that the new artists seem to be abandoning in every song they put out. @@insanelyseptic8964 I don't think you understand or can categorize mumble rap at all. Mumble is part of Trap. Mumble are like : Playboi Carti, Young Thug, Future sometimes.... While Trap is : Gucci Mane, Migos... Or maybe you mean Mumble is moaning depressed emo niggahs ?.... I don't know, all i know is you might be shaky around mumble that you can't write the lyrics off, But Trap is straight up heat. And Migos ride the beats like no one ever does. Have lots of soul music fundementals from REALLY staying on beat in a crazy way to the adlibs (MJ,JB inspiration)..... This as close rap will ever get to music, They aren't running the beat in the background while reading poetry. Producers are walking right beside Migos. With that being said you will never like listening to the instrumental alone.

The interview was great, but I gotta give props to Snoop for his Jimi Hendrix shirt, and BAPE glasses!! You did that there, Uncle Snoop! Chuuuurchhh...
That Dogg Pound and G-UNIT is true themselves. That's real.
Real hip hop gangsters and grown men! Full of respect and love and good laughs! Love Snoops positive energy and humor! I never knew he was that hillarous! 😅
West coast rap is and will always be the best out there, but I respect it all.
+Nikola Tesla Stick to energy.
No doubt, the West Coast is the best coast!
Quincy Rowe 2Pac is the Michael Jackson of rap.
*****
It's just fact is all.
+Nikola Tesla who is 2pac
“How important authenticity was; nowadays everybody following trends”
This is so right & I say it one of those down side of current technology evolvement like the internet being so big.
& snoop always asking the right question: the best interviewer
Snoop speaking real words in this video. That's experience and wisdom talking right there! I swear if you told these new rappers the same things he's saying in this video, they'd be clueless. The part when he emphasizing being yourself and then says everyone sounds the same is so true! That's sad, cause Rap and music in general is about creativity, expression, originality, style...things that the new artists seem to be abandoning in every song they put out. That's why the old rap was so great, because people had their own flavor. New gen. rappers need to work on their own style and stop copying others.
50 got a million dollar smile that is contagious!!! Jus cant help but smile wen seeing him laughing n smiling having a good time!! Jus Like the contagious yawns!!!
I just love how insightful brother ***** is... Congrats to 50 Cent and the whole G-Unit

@@flickmew99 I have not followed things lately, what happened?
@@nihilist3915 Yeah i catched the info after reading that comment. :)
@@yareyaredaze9656 All races listen Eminem? I know HipHop is a black culture and we as a listeners should never forget cultures roots; Hip-Hop got started when slave ships came to America. As rough as it sounds, it's true. Shit, blues, rock & roll and basically all music that went popular is from blacks originally.
But now you are the one who are posting racial comments here.
@@dickmccarthy9496 how weird that the same standard isn't made for white and Asian cultures, everything created by white or Asian people must now always be appreciated by blacks because you can't forget the roots, I expect black people kneeling and thanking us for everything white and Asians did in the world every single time they use it, in the end we can't forget the cultures roots and where it originated
50 cent never smoke greens
ofc he does.
hushd yr hhrhe muh r
i think he says he does in couple of his songs

Snoop dogg is timeless hes music will be as good in the 22 century as it is now and as it was 1980 90 2000
That El Paso weather report was definitely needed. Thanks Big Snoop De O Double Jizzle.
What's her name!
Real hip-hop is dead. It's been a while since it's only marketing and guys that sounds all the same, fast food music with no soul. 80's and 90's hip-hop were the shit.
Shitty joke.
Hip-hop ain’t dead it just went underground. There’s still some grimy, soulful reals hot out there!
It is dead. I remember in the 90s there were so many good albums coming out every month. And not just 1 or 2 good songs on the album the whole album was hot. Now pretty much everyone sounds the same. Rap is dead.
The weather channel on this show is absolutely wonderful
Snoop is the smoothest boss ever, put all of them in their places, but in such a polite, respectful and matter of fact way, like only the Doggfather could 🍀
Snoop never fails to have me rolling my ass off, He is real though 100.
"Depression is a luxury I can't afford, it's too expensive" - 50 Cent... that's some boss shiet right there. Ain't even got time to be sad, it'll cost too much money. I always learn something whenever I listen to a 50 interview. Yeah, he a fukin crazy goon in a suit, but his hustle mentality is really inspiring. Real shiet.
watched that intro 100 times, its hilarious
50 and snoop are some of the dopest, smartest, and cool dudes in the game.
