What about residency/citizenship of a spouse (US) of an Ecuadorian citizen? My wife is from Ecuador but hasn’t lived there since she was 18…we’ve been married almost 30 years. We also have three adult children; one born in Ecuador or the US (I was in the US military-now retired). What is the process for them to claim citizenship and get an Ecuadorian passport?
