About a year ago you were talking about a lot of studies and comparisons to come out between 1.3 and 2+ atmospheric pressures. Do we have any more data on that? From a clients prespective the shift in price point of clinics offering soft chamber versus hard is extremely significant. Many times we are talking 10x the price for 2+ ata, do we know a little more concretely coming into the middle of 2024 whether 1.3 ATA with enough sessions compressed into a 14 or 30 day period can have similar results as 2+?

@@nerychristian Im not interested from a money POV but from a science POV. If 2ATA isn't necessary that makes a big difference practiality wise for a number of reasons

I’ve had the same question and am searching NIH for possible studies. Red light therapy works exactly in that way: 1/2 the intensity for 2x the time is the same. Weightlifting is subtly different but mostly similar. Heavy weights for fewer reps or lighter weights for more reps yield similar results, especially in beginners.
But when talking about atmospheres of pressure, looking at OceanGate disaster, it was repeated stress at originally tolerable atmospheric pressure that collapsed the vessel as easily as less time spent at greater pressure would have.
Recommendations based on NIH studies generally don’t make logical inferences but rather recommend based on what was tested. So somebody needs a study directly comparing 1.3 at longer durations and 2.0+ at shorter durations to see if they correlate.

@@csgofordummies1239 yes study is complete and submitted my first paper for publication last week. Another 3-4 days paper will come shortly after that. Lots of amazing information from this study!

Drop some NAC 1 hour after HBOT treatment, that will help ... it's a great stack to use with HBOT.

Do you have a supplement stack you use when you are doing HBOT. I have been looking for any suggestions on peptides as well that might help support the body during treatment. Thanks

@@jjlol7457 I take 1000 mg 1 hour (or so) after my session, and I load up on 4-8 Cod Liver and/or Fish Oil pills (for Omega-3s sometime after the session (before sleeping). For TBI, I would do at least 10 pills a day, else I don't do much else. I am sure more can be done, I'm still exploring. I've done peptides as well (BPC-157/TB-500) with HBOT to help heal some injuries, not sure if it's faster but it always works. Selank as well for TBI I might do as well. But I'd need to research it more. (I've done it just for me). I'm trying to do a lot of data sets and track it.

I've recently been diagnosed with vestibular migraine. I'm thinking of giving HBOT a go as I also have brain fog and dizziness. I've read that HBOT helps with migraines, but does it help with vestibular migraine? Will the oxygen affect the vestibular system negatively?

It would be helpful if you would explain the typical symptoms of overoxidation.

I mean in the context of hyperbaric modalities. In other words, when doctors use hyperbaric medicine and see signs of over oxidation, what are those signs in this context?. What kind of symptoms do patients report which cause doctors to think that they are causing over oxidation using hyperbaric techniques

I am scared to use hyperbaric because some people say lyme co-infections feed on oxygen. For example bartonella and babesia, i wanna know your opinion on these infections. Great video!

Sorry to hear about your condition, I really hope that you get better. Yes I think that it is an important question to get an answer too, because you do not want to make worse your condition, but if you find out that it is ok it could potentially really help. You may already know this, but research I have seen is that bee sting therapy has been very effective at treating lymes disease, please feel free to watch this TH-cam video on it: Episode #55: Bee Venom Therapy with Ellie Lobel. I hope you get the healing you deserve!

@@nevijogolja Wow!!! That is great to hear I hope that it helps you a lot, a very important point to know which I believe is mentioned in the video that I sent to you in the last message, is that it is important not to do turmeric/curcumin and ozone, and potentially also hyperbaric chamber therapy at the same time as doing bee sting therapy. Because it is theorised but not proven from researchers that these additional things take away from the full effect of the bee sting Venom in killing the Lymes disease. I'm not a medical expert at all, so dont take my research as fact, but it would be important to figure this out before you decided to do two of these therapies at once, it may be best to just stick to one at a time, but that would be up to you. keep up the good fight! I believe you will overcome this. If you watch the video I sent to you the lady struggled with lymes disease for 15 years trying many different therapies, until she finally found bee sting therapy and that's what worked for her too completely heal her. I hope that it does the same for you. :)
