When I was a kid, I remember the chair going up and down. Am I crazy or were their versions where this happened? There was no Fester on the chair either.
This is a handy series, especially if you like playing pinball and you want to buy a machine. Good to know what's likely to break down and if it's going to cost a fortune to repair. I'd also like some discussion about how simple/tricky a machine is if you want to do some basic maintenance yourself. I agree with Rod. I never got why Addams Family is so popular but I'm happy for everyone to be crowding around that machine and leave me free to play a better game - like Getaway :)
Timeless pinball, bought mine in 97 and get it back next week after a full restoration. This game never gets old or boring. It’s just fun.
I loved this era - Addams, T2, Getaway - great tables they seemed to be everywhere back then but Addams was my all time favourite
Had an Addams. Great game. Difficult enough to have great repeat playability.
Friend of mine as a STELLER version of TAF and he also has the Pinsound board and I absolutely LOVE it.
One of my favorite pinball games of all time.

no, the chair never moved, but you are correct, Fester was not on the chair, that is an after market mod.
Out of curiosity, do you remember Alien Planet arcade in Darlinghurst St?
I gotta choose 1: addams or indiana Jones?
Oh man, that machine is awesome
