I didn't have much luck with those copper ferrule pullers. I ended up with a "Dickie Dyer Olive Splitter". Splits the ferrule with a satisfying snap and doesn't damage the pipe. Had to get it from the UK, where those are more common.
Good afternoon from the Great State of Texas. Why do you need the scotch brite for the kitchen sink/faucet replacement? I just changed my faucet and did not use scotch brit. What am I missing?

I keep a set of metric and sae allen keys but i also have a socket driver with allen sockets i love them for shower handles.
