If only Gib could've produced this performance in his fight against Jake... things could've turned out very differently, don't think Jake could've handled the pressure
I genuinely think he would've won against that version of Jake Paul at the time if he looked like this
But Gib still has a long way to go. He still ducks and runs away when hard punches are thrown.
I feel like Gib's ceiling is a lot lower than Jake's, and with his lack of head movement Jake would've caught him eventually like he showed with Ben Askren.
Jake stayed behind his jab, hence why austin dropped him early doing the same. He just got clipped and started hunting for whatever reason with a better, shorter brawler and got destroyed

GIB would get destroyed by Jake let’s be honest. People don’t realize that Jake actually has decent power while gib and mcbroom don’t and don’t have chin either. Gib would get knocked out by Jake because he wouldn’t be able to take the punches.
Think about it this way, if Gib defeated Jake, then we wouldn't have the Supervillain Jake Paul that makes the superfight which is KSI VS Jake Paul.
Let's be real buddy, McBroom definitely has been working hard, probably harder than you've ever worked in your entire life, but Gib's determination and discipline is on another level so he would've been training harder for longer as seen in his physique leading up to the fight

I think Gib vs Jake would be a great fight this time around.
I don’t think it would be too different. Jake works a lot harder than Austin and is a lot bigger and more technically gifted than gib. Austin was having a lot of success till he got tired and started trading with gib
I still think it would end the same way when they first fought! I think he needs a few more wins in order to be ready for Jake.
