Ruth. Your work is exceptional. As always, your items are always prettier than the Tonic pictures. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 They are lucky to have you. Sincerely, they are.
I love your ideas. This is yet another time I have followed along and made everything you showed and I even copied your colors. Love your imagination!!
Amazing Ruth, so very beautiful! They''re really lovely, I think I like the bag the best, Thank You for all the time & care you take to show us!, Crafty Hugs Xx
I know I commented on your Facebook page but this requires a second comment. You make this box look so simple but at the same time so elegant. I think anyone would be thrilled to receive a card and box full of chocolates with this set. Well done.
Thanks so much, Deb! I do appreciate that :) The box and card are currently sitting on my mantlepiece...maybe I should fill the box with chocolates for David on Wednesday?
I absolutely love this, Ruth. Yes, patience is key when working with rounded areas. I’m getting better and better at it. I do 2-3 tabs at a time max just to be sure and use pegs. It’s definitely worth it in the end. Thanks so much for these tutorials, they are really invaluable. ❤️💕💐
Thanks very much, Suzanne! I always prefer to have patience. It's worth it in the end because it does save time in the long run. So glad you appreciate the tutorials :)
WOW!! What beautiful creations Ruth. The colors that you have used are dramatic yet elegant. I admire your creativity. The designer of these die sets did a wonderful job. Your explantion of what to do with them and how to put them together was perfect.
I always enjoy watching you create beautiful things! I really love that small card. It’s so cute! Everything looks so beautiful and you make it look so simple. Thanks for making the video.
Another Tonic knockout set. It can be used for other special occasions. Beautiful work Ruth. Love the mirror colors you chose, especially the gold for the fleur-di-lis side panels. Thanks for sharing your inspirations with us. Blessings
This is an absolutely beautiful set. The colors you used are so striking, and I agree with you it’s looks like the Valentine’s candy boxes..i think my favorite is the little heart bag/box. Thanks for sharing.
Gorgeous as usual Ruth you are so talented . i had already ordered this as soon as i saw it , had already got the previous boxes so glad you did a video you make it so easy to follow thanks :)
If you use the heart which is the second die without the decoration and score the top of where the hear comes to a point and glue or tape it to the back of the first die and cut about half and inch from the tip of the heart at the bottom it will serve and the back of the your card.
The box is pretty but way too deep for my liking. I see that on your bag you used other dies and wondering if there is any way to close the top to make a box? Also, guess this one requires a bigger die cutting machine. It is a lovely box, though, and love the colors you used. Thanks so much.
Thanks very much, Patricia. Yes, I used the smaller side panels which I showed recently with the Hexagon and Floral boxes. You can use these to make a smaller heart box too. You can also use the taller sides on the Floral and Hexagon boxes. The larger dies are too big for a smaller machine but you could still use many of the smaller ones. I hope that helps
I love this box but I don’t understand why Tonic releases this 6 days before Valentine’s Day. Obviously, there is now not enough time to order these for Valentine’s Day, this year anyway.
Thanks very much. I don't think this was actually intended for Valentine's day but rather an extension to the Hexagon and Floral Layering Lace sets. I just thought the hearts would serve 2 purposes, especially in red and black? I'm not sure :)
I love your ideas. This is yet another time I have followed along and made everything you showed and I even copied your colors. Love your imagination!!
