I love Christian theming in boardgames between Deliverance Ezra Nehemiah and a few of the releases over the last couple of years I've really been enjoying myself
No TRUE follower of Christ would play this garbage.
Christ would be horrified that lazy, sinful people are trying to force their religion on others by selling this game - for MONEY no less - in His name.
When you make a boardgame about your religion, you are straying from simple defilement of your own faith into full-on propaganda.

I really liked Bryan’s burgundy colored Kickstarter All-In Members Only jacket.
Karla tells me I wear that jacket too often….but it’s my favorite thing I own besides my shoes lol!

Starting to think I wish I backed this. Starting painting CDMD and now looking for other games I’d love to paint. This would like fantastic with painted minis, but the game is right up my alley.
I love DmD, probably my fav game, the minis are some of the best to paint. This game is gives me a similar feel, but I was a little bummed to not have any demon/dark prince miniatures. I totally understand the reasoning and support it, just saying I would have shelled out more dough for the chance to paint all kinds of serious plastic. Of course the angels are such high quality, the imps would fail in comparison, just like they will fail in the spiritual realm

Great take on a great game and great theme! I admit to backing this solely on theme as I too loved the peretti series growing up. But man, was I surprised when I got it and was blown away by the detail and quality as well as the super fun cooperative gameplay. Such a great game, plenty of non Christian’s love it also. The minis are gorgeous! Can’t wait to get them painted, even got an extra set, just in case I’m not happy how the first set turns out

I was excited for this game but then as you mentioned the demonic statues in the game, I remembered the many times in the Bible that God warns against statues of "gods" and I think having statues of demons in your house might invite things in even though the game is Christian. It makes me wonder if this is a spiritual trick.
On an unrelated note, most people think you're famous from your magic, I think you're famous because of the dice tower... And my 2 and 4 year old daughters think you're famous from your appearance on The Slugs and Bugs Show.

You don't have to be a Christian to appreciate or enjoy this game , but at 170 dollars Canadian, you need to be a really good Christian to forgive its price tag

Angels as they are known with human form and wings are Greek creatures, also Mesopotamian, but in the west we know them via the Greeks. The biblical angels are horror monsters. So this is more of a "pagan" game rather than Christian.
Playing a boardgame to explore your faith is equivalent to wearing American flag underwear to show what a patriot you are.
I tune out as soon as a "review" starts "oh look at these great high quality components that I was sent and you probably won't have!". Completely pointless.
Ha well on your attempt to be an edge lord internet expert you completely missed where I said I backed this with my own money on Kickstarter so your argument is a nonstarter. No one sent me this. I bought it.
