I got a good one to try. deep fry the sprouts for 2 minutes, top with a tiny bit of reduced apple cider vinegar, salt, and top with a little bit of goat melted goat cheese. It's the only way i could ever eat sprouts. A restaurant I used to work at made it... it was surprisingly good... for Brussels sprouts

if you want restaurant quality brussel sprouts they always use butter making them unhealthy anyways. decent at home version that isn't super calorie heavy blanch the brussel sprouts in boiling water for 1 min after cutting them in half, coat with olive oil salt and pepper (easiest way is by just throwing them in tupperware and shaking with the lid on) and then roast them for 20 min at 425. finish with a little balsamic glaze and maybe a very very light sprinkle of brown sugar if you like them sweet n savory
I pretty much hated all vegetables as a kid and on into my early 20's. Turned out I just hate steamed or boiled vegetables, which is the only way my parents would cook them. Once I started frying them.... Now there's not many I don't like.

Roasted brussel sprouts with garlic are amazing. I had them over Thanksgiving.

Brussel sprouts in the over at 425 for 18 minutes with olive oil then a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese as they come out is delicious!
