I'm flying down to FL to catch one more of their shows, we'll see how they do, this was only their 3rd show on the tour and it had a lot of technical difficulties, but still an awesome show regardless
So its not as clean as their Album edits obviously. But for a band that grew from TH-cam, its pretty good. I've seen worse live efforts from AAA Mainstream bands so good effort lads.
He sounds fucking terrible... That's what happens when Record Label's sign a band based on what they look rather than their talent level... Welcome to music in the 2000's.
Chris Byers sorry you have no fucking idea what your talking about. Name one band who doesn't go off key live. You're a fucking nobody loser who has no idea what he's talking about. Autotune was not invented in the 2000s in fact it's been used since the 80's. They use it a lot on the album's because they are a spaced themed band, and it fits there style. There are tons of performances where he absolutely kills it. Look up promowest tv monster, satellite and eat your words.
Chris Byers oh they are shitty musician's now? Not everybody is a fucking legend at singing you know does that mean they should stop making art and just kill themselves? They write awesome songs, and I really don't give a fuck if they are edited.
Joseph Green it's one thing to go a little off key sometimes, and it's another thing to not ever be on key. Tool, Circa Survive, Karnivool, and Shinedown are a few right off the top of my head that are pretty fucking spot on 99.9% of the time. You like musicians that are made in the studio and that's fine.
JTR42 definitely not one of his stronger performances not gonna lie. But I have noticed he's a lot better when he's screaming more than he is actually singing. Either way their concerts are still amazing to go to trust me
[KSH] Productions it's the video that makes it sound like that. I've been to one of their concerts so id know. They were horrible live at the start of the band but have made a great improvement since then
All this coming from someone who sings: Performing live is not an easy feat and I'd say he's getting pretty good. All it takes is to listen to him live or recorded to know he does have skill. One or two performances don't establish if someone can sing or not, they really don't. Dustin has skill, I'd say he just needs to refine it a bit.
moose656 This isn't their start. They released their first album in 2014, and the vocalist was in a band called Downplay long before Starset was even an idea.
I saw them open up for Breaking Benjamin..horrible...spaceman suits and synthesized music...aweful. The more props you need the less talent you've got...imho
he's the one that enters my heart
Watching them now, 4 years later, you can clearly see a huge improvement in their live preformances
Oh my so perfect❤
Thanks for these recordings! I can relive this night.
I was there. I could see myself in the crowd lol

I wish I was there..
They might when they become really popular. Don't loose hope yet.
there performing near me in 11 days and tickets are sold out DX
"Starset call Monster" "WOO"
I love his outfit and he's just bad ass love Dustin
his voice 😍
Great song. Great perfomance. It's not the same as the radio version, but still really good.
Best live

He's slightly out of tune, of course we all screw up, but it seems he's having issues singing this song live more than once.
He sounds fucking terrible... That's what happens when Record Label's sign a band based on what they look rather than their talent level... Welcome to music in the 2000's.
Joseph Green, sorry you like shitty musicians that are made in the studio with auto-tune and editing.

His voice is like Blue Stahli
Razer Starset Chroma V2
I wish he scream like Chester Bennington
Kay Zaki Wong he's my favorite and lp is my favorite band
Well I don't. This isn't Linkin Park. This is Starset. I like him screaming like Starset.
You guys should check out The Plague-Danger Official Lyric Video. First song these guys released and I really like it.
Yes like the old chester
he does in carnivore
how big was this venue?
1,100 capacity and it was sold out.
thank you! i hope i'll be able to see them live one day, not opening for a band but just a concert like this
I was there. It was the smallest venue I have been to.
Is it me or can this guy not sing ?

Well, I understand what you say, but it's still out of tune. Unless it's getting auto tuned out of the PA or something .. hopefully it gets better
He's flat in parts but overall pretty sweet performance!
AUTO TUNEE
Out of tune singing, not a great start for a band.
