    Excellent review! 👏🏼
I got me a Zigana PX9 Gen 3 Duty model a couple of months ago. It turned out to be one of the best handguns for the price. With a threaded 4.6" barrel, fiber optic front sight, optics ready cut, a flat face trigger, flared magwell, including one 18 rounds and one 20 rounds magazines, among other features. Reliable, accurate, with a smooth trigger pull, great ergonomics and an amazing price point. Highly recommended!

I just bought this gun tonight.... I went in looking for the Canik TP9 Combat Elite and of course they were sold out, but the guy showed me this and after looking at it, it had absolutely everything the Combat Elite has, and it was $343 out the door compared to $750, plus after watching this im comfortable with it being as reliable as my Caniks are.. I figured for the price abd the action on it alone, it was worth taking a chance.. I appreciate the review and great job.

This gun is made in Europe and is used as a duty gun... so it's built to run 124 grain duty ammo, also NATO military ammo is 124 grain. It uses a stiffer spring so you'll more than likely get a stove pipe when it's dirty using 119 grain would be my guess. I have a Stribog and they like the heavier ammo for the same reason.

  • @5jjt

Make the grip shorter to compete against the king, the G19, and it'll sell many more units, but since it's footprint is similar to a CZ P10F, or a SA XDM Elite, it won't sell a ton.

They now have a carry model 3.5 barrel 15 round magazine for 299 at Buds guns shop free shipping and I'd take this over a stock Glock 19 but not a Lone Wolf LTD19 or a Shadow Systems the new PX9 Duty Night Stalker model has a way better finish than a stock Glock and comes standard with a front night sight for around 350 so 200 dollars less than a new gen 5 Glock 19 and the trigger is better on the PX9 the short take up is extremely nice for a stock striker fired trigger

My mind is starting to come around on some of these lower priced firearms. I have always taken care of my weapons and would never think of abusing a $700-900 semi like this simply because I'm in the habit of taking care of them. If I had a dirty job to do I wouldn't carry a nice gun cause I don't want to ugly them up. I'm always leery about buying something cheap to take to nasty work sites and not having it work if I need it. This changes my mind. I can have a $300 pdw that's going to be reliable and if it gets uglies up I'm not going to be all that upset.

Bought one on 4/8 and had to send it back the same day to SDS imports for service. Slide wouldn't come off the side and striker wouldn't move forward, when trigger was pulled? True definition of a lemon. Won't keep a firearm that has such issues and will never trust it. They told me? Turn around would be around five weeks. When the Sig Sauer P320 and the Taurus Millennium failed the drop test the triggers didn't move when they discharged. The Taurus Millennium would fire just by shaking it, never mind dropping it. Why I'm reluctant to buy any Taurus G series pistol.
