My head cannon for the door closing from being blasted is because it’s a defensive mechanism so if it’s an exit damage on the inside would probably cause it too open in case of a fire and on space ships they close because damage to that could mean it was damaged by an asteroid or something else 😂❤
For me the fandom has ruined star wars for me far more than Disney ever has or will do I think every decision they make is correct no but people like Dave or John are the goats
The only thing I ever disliked was the obi wan show because they cheaped out on the sets everything has been decent like i don’t get the massive hate some cringy moments like “they fly now they fly now” but I laughed during the scene so was it bad or was it a joke ❤
Just an FYI - when the first two Star Wars were released, it was High Schoolers and College kids who lined the streets for it. Sure the kids jumped in, but it wasn't a kid's movie at the time. I was a Senior in High School for the first one (I refuse to call it "A New Hope") and saw Empire Strikes Back in college with 12 others on a Friday night. (psychedelics may have been involved 😎). Of course it was all ruined with the Ewoks. That's when Star Wars went "kid".
My Brothers from The 716th Legion. Jack, Julien, Ryan, and Christian...how goes all ye? 🏴☠ I've missed these special Star Wars reactions with you. I think this one's gonna be a really good one. How 'bout that opening? Capt. Silvo/Jod Na Nawood/Anybody Else I Make Up Later just gave Us his own version of, A New Hope's (ICONIC)Vader entrance..."If this is a consular ship, where is the ambassador?!" Christian, it took me about 6 seconds to get your Rey looking in to the mirror (a la The Last Jedi) joke. (Christian...hang in there, Man. It's gonna get better. I promise, this show is not going to be a rehash of The Acolyte...in terms of writing, execution, and P.R. Kennedy, Headland, and Hidalgo were the ones in charge of all of that. This project is part of The Mandoverse, and is being watched over/protected by Favreau and Filoni w/ the blessing of George Lucas, no doubt. Plus, this show isn't as insignificant as you think...Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni are including these characters in the theatrical movies, The Mandalorian & Grogu and Heir To The Empire). I gotta say, the (new) planet At-Attin is coming across as both remarkably relatable and distressingly dystopian. It's a planet that has a kind of protective grid/barrier? Plus, whenever We see any kind of authority, all We see are droids. Who's really running this society? It's (happily, unexpectedly) coming across as very The Twilight Zone, to me...another commenter said that this planet's inner workings reminds one of M. Night Shyamalan's The Village...by the end of episode 2, I definitely see that. Others have theorized that At-Attin, The Crown Jewel Of The Republic, may have intentionally disappeared, as a result of the horrifying acts of The Nihil, The Drengir, The Nameless, and The Blight, which all occurred during the height of The High Republic Era (around 240 years before the events of Wim, Neel, Fern, and KB's adventure). Definite food for thought. LET'S GO! Hyperspace always looks cool.
It’s like the more experienced directors know how to spend there budget for less but still have it look amazing
19:07 that’s from the 1978 Star Wars holiday special , that’s what Chewbacca’s son was watching as entertainment.
Awesome pull! Thanks for mentioning it

@@716ATKLegion better yet, the original recording was so degraded that they couldn't use it, so they actually went to the effort of REMAKING it!
Neel's siblings were watching the Holiday Special from the 1970's.
Being clocked out, that's totally the Jedi attitude.
Commenting for the algorithm gods ;)
We appreciate it!

Glad to be back to enjoy another Star Wars show!
I'm hooked.
I’m thinking Vern and KB can communicate without talking when you watch them look at each other something is happening
