- Willie Nelson and Lukas Nelson perform a cover of "Texas Flood" at the Farm Aid concert in Seattle, Washington on September 18, 2004.
Farm Aid was started by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985 to keep family farmers on the land and has worked since then to make sure everyone has access to good food from family farmers. Dave Matthews joined Farm Aid's board of directors in 2001.

Don't know what others might think about Willie Nelson, but for me, he was, he is and always will be my favorite country and blues music singer. Love the way he plays trigger. Very humble in his unique appearance have made Willie be himself. Not diminishing his sons and daughters, they have their own brightness too.
Heh is a genuine person. We don't know him personally, but I bet he would be just the same as we see in the spotlight.
Crazy even 16 yrs ago the talent was just dripping off Lukas- he was born to play/sign just as his daddy.
