    Thanks for this video.. understanding the basics after a decade :) .. still one question, when we say z=f(x,y) why do we have to take 2nd order partial derivative? because it is having two variables? what will happen if I make dz/dx= d/dx(f(x,y)) and similar..?? { sorry if this is a too basic question.. just trying to recall the basics)
