    I must confess I'm totally in love with my SQ20. I tend to average more successful prints with it than my instax wide and my diana square. But I still enjoy them aswell.

    Have them both too, the pro of the SQ20 is the screen and its ability to add some filters and such before printing. But the SQ6 is way more authentic, gives more satisfaction too when you get a brilliant shot with it.

    how come he didnt even mention the various features the sq20 have? the frame grab? the sequence feature? it actually is what makes the camera more fun to play around with. i won't really be looking at instax if i wanted a professional photo. i feel like comparing majorly on the sharpness of image and shadows somehow completely undermines the upgrades made on sq20. which i have to admit is huge when looking back at how instax have evolved. their concept in the end is to have fun capturing moments anyway.

    • @Sondercreative

      Hi Farah, Thank you for the comment. Honestly, because I was comparing a digital camera to a film camera so I wanted to compare the core fundamentals between the two. Sure the SQ20 has lots of features but ultimately the images each one produces are what matter the most.
      This is the same reason why so many people compare smartphone cameras for quality. Sure people won't be using them for professional images but being able to see which one can produce the best quality is useful to know.
      Finally, the reason I didn't cover the extra features is that those aspects have been covered by so many reviewers already not to mention the marketing done by Fujifilm highlighting those features. I wanted to show people something else other than the same stuff.

    Shooting instant film is more about the experience and fun of not knowing what you are going to get. And having that one off photo on Polaroid that can never be replicated. If I wanted to shoot digital and print photos I would use my DSLR and get them printed properly. So the SQ6 for me.

    • @Sondercreative
      @Sondercreative  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The only thing I can thin of is if the exposure compensation has been changed. If that's not the case. Try printing brither. Basically, you should be able to choose a setting allowing you to print brighter before you actually print the image.
      Sorry if that doesn't work, feel free to send me an email if you need any further help.

    I added an SD card with pics (jpg format, named as DSCF0001, etc) but those images are not visible on the camera. I tried this with different SD cards and pictures several times but did not work. :(
    I cannot transfer images with a cable through the computer either.
    Would you have a workaround how to get the pictures from my smartphone printed?

      Also it should recognise JPEG files if it doesn’t you may want to get support from Fuji.

    It seems he didn't like either one too much, and I personally don't like my SQ20 because the pictures come out blurry, but the SQ6 seems to do worse. It seems to me neither one is worth it. I got my brother a Polaroid OneStep 2 for Christmas and I wish I had bought that one for myself in the first place. Yes, it's analog and the film is more expensive, but the quality is far superior to my SQ20. The pictures on that one come out super sharp!
