I don’t know how much you really read these, but I was leaning towards what you guys chose for the style of the house. If you make those coffee’s like you did that will obviously save you money and you can tailor them more to your liking. The home gym is a great idea and again you’re saving money in the long run. It’s an investment, but because you both workout it’s one that will pay off. As for the house all things happen for a reason so take it as GOD protecting you. You were so right about your visits to CA cause my daughter and SIL feel the same way when they come but then reality sets in. Altho, my daughter really does love Texas. I do fly out there as often as I can to see my two granddaughters so we are working it out. I like that you do have a positive attitude when things happen. I was a professional childhood development preschool owner, teacher, counselor and mentor who also taught parents how to parent. My unsolicited advice as you mentioned your precious son is growing up it seems so fast and he is, so embrace every moment and value your time with him and your wife more than anything else. They are more precious than the house, cars, business and money. Of course, I know your story with your father so you know how precious it is to be one. May GOD watch and bless you, your wife and son.
