  • Hello Folks.
Im Impressed with the quality of this stove.
Not sure if it is best to have both glass windows on one side. It may be best to have both windows on their side at the top.
Will probably make a coal grate so the oven burns more evenly.
Went well to roll out the pipe (3m) on uneven ground without great difficulty and without any dents.
This is a very good stove that i recommend after the first test.
looking forward to get in the woods for testing.

I loved the technique you used to set up the stove pipe. I see so many videos on youtube with people using the wrong technique and struggling! I would suggest, though, using the gloves Pomoly provides to prevent the potential for a serious cut. That stuff is sharp.

Thanks Rocket City Moto! Yeah recommend to use gloves always. After a while of use the edge’s gets even more sharp due to bending and damage. But all over this roll up pipe system is amazing! Works always and take no place👌

@@woodsmenofnorway I agree! And ita superlight. When I got my Timber 3, I was surprised how light the pipe is. Just did my first burn in on a camping trip this weekend (outside the tent of course).

Great first rollout. However, I was cringing watching you do that without gloves. One wrong move and your hand gets sliced open.

Thanks for that. Yeah you have absolutely right. safest to use gloves. Its easy to get hurt if you dont do it right without gloves on this sharp edges.

Would you recommend the 3m or do you think 2m is enough?

It depends entirely on which tent you intend to use the stove on. in my case I have a 3 meter pipe to use in my lavvo. but I also have an extra 2 meters that I use on my smaller tents :) recommend that the pipe reaches about 30-50cm above the top of your tent.
