I have used it for almost 2-2.5 months & it doesn't control hair fall, i have faced even more after using it but i can see slight difference in my hair length.
Honestly, avoid for some days after waxing/shaving as your skin has already gone through so much. I like to resume using it after 3-4 days. Till then, hydrate them well using a nice thick moisturiser.
Cerave cream is good for oily skin in winters, i myself is a oily combination acne prone skin type and using it from 1 month and loving it really . But for summers i think no I won’t be using it.
It has to be applied only on lengths, please DO NOT apply it on your scalp. Keep it on for 5-10 minutes and wash it off. Remember to apply it on damp hair and not on dripping wet hair.

With sunscreen, the main thing is that it should not burn eyes and be fragrance free !! But most of sunscreens , they burn eyessss like fire 🔥
